Advanced Scheduling Lead (UKG) LOCATION: Philadelphia / Remote
SUMMARY
The UKG Scheduling Lead will provide advanced-level knowledge to the Workforce Management (WFM) Transformation and UKG Pro WFM implementation project. This role includes understanding the current state Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) v8.1 Advanced Scheduling setup and partnering with our Implementation Vendor to relay requirements, design, configure, and test the system during the migration to UKG Pro WFM. This position is the primary liaison between the Project Team, Implementation Vendor, and departments using Advanced Scheduling for all scheduling discussions.
REQUIRED
Analytical and strategic skills to identify issues or inefficiencies and develop solutions
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to collaborate and present to stakeholders (at all levels of organization)
Can draw conclusions and make recommendations on leading scheduling practices
Ability to travel to Philadelphia occasionally for onsite meetings (20%)
Completed at least one migration of Kronos WFC v8.1 to UKG Pro WFM (formerly known as Dimensions)
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise judgment
PREFERRED
Certified in UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and Kronos WFC Advanced Scheduler module
5+ years working with Kronos WFC and/or UKG Pro WFM Scheduling modules
Experience with healthcare organizations
JOB DESCRIPTION
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Kronos WFC v8.1 and UKG Pro WFM scheduling modules and applications in order to support a successful implementation/migration
Leads all aspects of Scheduling configurations, implementations including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development, testing, and support
Collaborate closely stakeholders to execute implementation and testing of the scheduling system
Maintain documentation of system configuration
Creates detailed functional and technical design documents, including test plans, test cases, and implementation documentation
Provide technical guidance to identify and resolve key issues
Lead configuration sessions including presenting new scheduling functionality to stakeholders
Act as the go between for our Implementation Vendor Partners and Scheduling experts (functional and technical)
Analyze business needs and the impact of proposed configuration changes and make recommendations to leadership
Provides thought leadership to develop new or improved processes to create efficiencies using best practices
