JJob Title: End User Computing Device Configuration, Deployment and Testing Technician Location: Harrisburg, PA Project: Led by the Director and Project Manager. Team is responsible for the configuration, deployment and Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR)
Responsibilities:
Configuration: Assess existing hardware, install software, ensure compatibility with Epic's requirements, create system category items, and link devices to user accounts
Ensure all hardware devices are compliant and capable of running the system. This includes inventory checks, deployment of new hardware, and configuration for user readiness.
Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) testing, validating workstations, peripherals, and applications to ensure system readiness before go-live
Coordinate port patching and network setup, work with infrastructure and network teams to ensure proper connectivity and security compliance
Enhance workflows, minimize risk, and strong communication with Project Manager and team, provide real-time updates and ensure on-time project execution.
