Job Description

EPIC BEAKER ANALYST

LOCATION: REMOTE

SUMMARY

  • Configure, build and maintain Epic Beaker CP & AP modules to support laboratory workflow
  • Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for Beaker interfaces, ensuring seamless connectivity with HNL Labs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, lab staff, and project managers, to meet deliverables on schedule
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and optimization to ensure high performance and compliance
  • Document workflows, configurations, and system changes as needed
  • Provide end-user training and support as necessary

REQUIRED

  • Epic Beaker CP & AP certification
  • Strong experience in Beaker build, implementation, and support
  • Expertise in lab integration, HL7 interfaces, and troubleshooting complex issues
  • Previous experience supporting laboratory systems interfacing with third-party labs
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with onsite teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
