EPIC BEAKER ANALYST
Location: Southern Alaska
*Hybrid role: On-site 50% required
*About 90% of the work will be CP Maintenance and Support Duration: Long Term
Required Skills:
Beaker CP certification
Proficiency in building and validating complex tickets in Beaker AP & CP modules
Experience with upgrades, new test builds, and integrations
Responsibilities:
Collaborates with key stakeholders, end users and other members of the business teams to optimize system configuration, function and access.
Conduct validation testing in Beaker CP and AP (80%+ is CP)
Evaluates problem tickets and service requests, customer requests for system changes, data retrieval requests, system performance problems and optimization opportunities, and participate in the timely resolution of these activities.
Assist with small project integrations and upgrades
Troubleshoots and resolves highly complex application errors and other system issues
Actively leads and takes ownership for the build and maintenance of various system dictionaries, profiles, tables and other configuration points.
