EPIC BEAKER ANALYST
LOCATION: REMOTE
SUMMARY
- Configure, build and maintain Epic Beaker CP & AP modules to support laboratory workflow
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for Beaker interfaces, ensuring seamless connectivity with HNL Labs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, lab staff, and project managers, to meet deliverables on schedule
- Conduct system testing, validation, and optimization to ensure high performance and compliance
- Document workflows, configurations, and system changes as needed
- Provide end-user training and support as necessary
REQUIRED
- Epic Beaker CP & AP certification
- Strong experience in Beaker build, implementation, and support
- Expertise in lab integration, HL7 interfaces, and troubleshooting complex issues
- Previous experience supporting laboratory systems interfacing with third-party labs
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with onsite teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
