EPIC COMMUNITY CONNECT ANALYST

This is an on-site position. Incumbents who reside in or relocate to a commutable distance to Fort Myers, Florida. Paid relocation is available.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the maintenance and support of assigned systems within the organization such as Electronic Health Record Systems and Clinical Systems. Serves as a subject matter expert on assigned project teams and department initiatives, develops test scripts, conducts testing, supports application upgrades and project go lives. Additionally, the Advanced Application Analyst utilizes advanced application & analytic skills to design, build and test solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
Work side-by-side with the Director of Clinical Systems to meet in person with existing and potential community Connect partners, working toward the goal of installing Epic in private physician practices. This role requires a high level of customer service, and extensive knowledge of ambulatory workflows in Epic to be able to demo to potential customers. The analyst needs to be able to complete full department builds autonomously, but with guidance. Once implemented, the analyst will manage the relationship with the community connect partner utilizing a structured approach.
REQUIRED:
Education: Bachelor's and/or at least 5 yrs of directly applicable experience
Experience: 5+ yrs of directly applicable experience (healthcare, clinical, other IT); project lead experience required. Strong build experience in all aspects of implementing Epic in ambulatory departments. Community Connect experience a plus, but not required. Need to be a self-starter, ability to work autonomously, high level of customer relationship building is a must.
Other: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project and Visio (or similar tools)
