Don’t Post – for your knowledge when screening candidates
- They would be a valued member of the Senior Management team and a peer to other directors but this isn't a strategy forward position.
- It's important for them to know they are a do-er.
- Accounting experience is a must, but the revenue cycle management experience isn't a dealbreaker if they're in nonprofit healthcare
- They have a generous PTO package and a separate sick bank. Health insurance is through Cigna and also very generous with a low employee cost
- Willing to lean into the Accounting experience if someone has non profit, healthcare, and Medicaid. Minimum bachelor's in accounting (no others even if business related). I'd love an MBA or non practicing CPA.
