Job Description

Bluebird has a contract position for Remote Collections Agent positions with strong recent CPR+ or Caretend.

**MUST HAVE RECENT STRONG CPR+ or Caretend SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE!!!**

$20/hr M-F 8:30-5pm or 9:00-5:30pm est 40 hrs a week depending on the team
Ongoing contract position possible contract to perm

Responsibilities Remote Collections Agent positions
  • Making calls to patients, providers and insurance companies to help process past due payments/claims

Required Remote Medical Administrative positions
  • Must have CPR+ or Caretend
  • Must know medical terminology
  • Must have strong collections, authorizations, benefit verification , claims and appeals experience
  • Must be willing to work East Coast hours
  • Must have your own home set up / equipment (laptop/desktop additional monitor and headset)
