Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Management Engineer

Location: Remote position; must relocate to or reside in the state of Florida

Start:  ASAP

This is a remote position. Incumbents, who reside in or relocate to Florida only, may work at home. There may be occasional situations that require work to be performed on-site at an assigned location.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Infrastructure Engineer is primarily responsible for Microsoft Endpoint Management Configuration (MECM).  The role is also responsible for the administration and maintenance of the physical and virtual technologies that deliver clinical and business applications to endpoints, desktop/laptop management, application packaging and support of core business critical applications.

REQUIRED

  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with windows desktop and server operating system
  • Four (4) years of progressively responsible IT work experience and administration with a focus in Microsoft Windows operating systems and the applications environments they provide. Extensive knowledge of Cisco UCS server hardware, and VMWare virtualization, or Microsoft Server Operating Systems technologies, and scripting.

PREFERRED

  • MCSA Windows 2016, CCP-N, VCP, VCAP, RHCSA certification 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for providing outstanding customer and engineering support at an advanced technical level to peers
  • Position also identifies, troubleshoots, and solves problems to improve customer satisfaction, while providing support documentation, and knowledge used by the IS department.
  • Participate in On-Call as needed
