Job Description:

Reporting to the Clinical Director, this Manager will work collaboratively with Procedural Services Leaders, Ancillary Leaders, and Operations Leadership to set departmental strategies for financial and clinical performance. The Manager will oversee the Operating Room employees including Anesthesia Techs, Case Techs, Surgical Techs, Nurse Aides, 2 Secretaries, and 50+ RNs. • Professional role model that possesses effective communication skills and can be a resource to hospital personnel in their expertise
• Assure the delivery of high-quality patient care through the utilization and application of the nursing process
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with current licensure from the Indiana State Board of Nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required, a master's degree in nursing is preferred with a certification in the area of practice.
