Job Description
Automation Analyst
Successful candidate has, at least, a limited automation / programming experience on automation platforms but would have familiarity of hospital IT systems and workings. They are responsible for supporting, monitoring and maintaining automations on a day-to-day basis. Tasks include:
- Running and distributing weekly automation reports detailing bot’s completed actions, exceptions, current inventory, and run rate
- Modifying any existing monitoring dashboards to see additional data or add data from newly developed automations
- Monitoring bot's statuses and understanding root causes of runtime problems
- Aiding in resolving major problems and tickets related to automation runtimes (Cerner upgrades, Workflow change)
- Resolving problems related to Payer UI changes
- Updating bot’s login information for payer websites every 90 days or as necessary
- Training other employees on how to use the automation
- Supporting the automation efforts and handling day to day maintenance
REQUIRED / PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- Automation Tool experience is required
- Boston Workstation or Eggplant Automation tool is highly preferred as those are current automation tools used but open to others as well
- A good communicator is required
