Project Manager - End User Computing Device – Harrisburg, PA
Lead a team of 34 technicians to deploy end-user devices across multiple locations, ensuring seamless configuration, imaging, and installation.
Direct Epic Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) testing, validating workstations, peripherals, and applications to ensure system readiness before go-live.
Coordinate port patching and network setup, work with infrastructure and network teams to ensure proper connectivity and security compliance.
Manage deployment workflows, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication, provide real-time updates and ensure on-time project execution.
Successfully drive large-scale IT deployments and Epic system readiness, ensuring minimal disruption and full operational efficiency.
TEAM (EUC): An End-User Computing (EUC) Configuration and Deployment Technicians focus on managing and optimizing end-user devices and services. This role is crucial for ensuring that users have a seamless and productive digital experience. Key Responsibilities
Configuration and Deployment: Responsible for the configuration and deployment of end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Support and Optimization: Provides ongoing support and optimizes the performance of end-user systems to enhance user experience.
Software Management: Manages software packaging, distribution, and updates
Policy Configuration: Configures and manages policies through Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and other endpoint management platforms.
Incident Support: Offers second and third-line support for incidents and service requests related to EUC systems
