Position: Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical
Location: Fort Defiance, AZ
Shift Details: 12-Hour Night shift. Typical schedule is 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next, plus up to 1 on-call shift/week. Must be flexible and open to days, weekends, and holidays as needed. Maximum of two (2) Shift Call offs. RTOs for Thanksgiving and Christmas will not be acceptable.
