Bluebird is seeking a skilled and experienced project manager with a background in municipal or site development engineering.

The selected candidate will oversee municipal and site development projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial site development, roadway design, stormwater modeling, capital improvement projects, green infrastructure, trail design, and others.

This opportunity allows the selected candidate to work as part of a broad national team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Civil engineering plan review and development
• Staff and client management
• Project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience
• Registered Professional Engineer in Texas, or the ability to obtain licensure

• Ability to manage multiple long-term projects and immediate tasks concurrently
